This past week, Harris was contacted by phone and was snogtrly encouraged to hire an attorney to represent him as soon as possible. Documents relating to what is described in the above post were scanned and sent to him in email, some of which came as a complete surprise. Cooper's name is all over the assignment documents that were used when the case against him was oriignally filed. Prior to the phone contact, Harris did not know that. Gibbs is being forced into an OSC on March 11th. Harris didn't know that either. He did not know about the Cooper lawsuit.Harris was very despondent, and claimed he didn't know if he could afford a lawyer. He was directed to this site, and also to FCT, and was also encouraged to get further educated about what is exactly happening in the case. He claimed this was overwhelming him. Beyond that, I'm not sure there is anything anyone else can do. Believe me, he was snogtrly encouraged to get legal representation ASAP.
